FDA Approves Genetically Engineered Salmon

An article in the New York Times today reports that the FDA has approved genetically engineered salmon for sale in US supermarkets though it will probably not happen for a few years.  Editing salmon genes will result in the salmon reaching their full growth in half the normal time.  To read the full article please link to:
